SatoriCamp curates small-group journeys in Japan that blend wellness, culture, and human connection.
Each journey brings together 8 to 12 like-minded travelers, thoughtfully matched to create a meaningful shared experience.
We believe travel should leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and genuinely connected — not just hopping from place to place.
SatoriCamp journeys are rooted in the everyday wellness practices that have shaped Japanese life for centuries.
Staying in active temples where meditation, silence, and daily rhythm shape the experience.

Guided meditation and traditional practices such as tea ceremony, introduced gently and clearly.

Experiencing meaning, simplicity, and the beauty of imperfection through everyday Japanese culture

Soaking in natural hot springs to release tension, restore the body, and calm the nervous system.
In Zen, Satori (悟り) means awakening and a moment of clarity. We do not promise enlightenment, but we believe travel can offer these flashes. A sunrise in the mountains. A shared laugh at dinner. The calm after yoga by the sea.
SatoriCamp was started by Miho and Daniel Beck. After years in technology and building startups, they became digital nomads and spent much of their time in Asia.
What stood out most was not only the places they visited but also the people they met along the way.
Traveling with small groups of like minded companions made every journey unforgettable. SatoriCamp is their way of sharing that experience.
Wellness trips that bring people together, support local communities and leave you with more than memories.
Carefully crafted camps filled with fun, connection, and meaningful experiences
