This collaboration is designed for partners with an existing, engaged community — yoga instructors, martial arts teachers, wellness or life coaches… You don’t need to be large or well known. What matters is a real connection with your community and a shared sense of purpose.

What We Create Together

Build your journey based on one of Satoricamp’s existing plans, with thoughtful customization to reflect your teaching style and your community’s needs.

Each journey:

  • Takes place in authentic countryside Japan
  • Runs for 5–10 days (You can add your own itinerary)
  • Limited to 8–12 participants (Your tribe only)
  • Rooted in authentic Japanese wellness and spiritual practices
  • Includes dedicated space for partner-led sessions or practicess

You remain the familiar guide for your community.
We provide the cultural depth, structure, and on-the-ground delivery.

Your Role as a Partner

As a partner, you join the journey as the community leader.

  • Travel with your group
  • Lead your own sessions or practices
  • Support and guide your community throughout the journey

Your participation cost is fully covered within the regular journey price.

In partner-led journeys, you are leading your community, with full operational and local support provided by us.

How it works

1. Choose a Base Journey
We start with one of SatoriCamp’s existing journeys that best fits your audience and intention.
Together, we tailor elements such as focus, pacing, and partner-led sessions, while keeping the core journey structure intact.

SatoriCamp provides a clear price proposal for a group of 8–12 participants.
You may apply your own markup when offering the journey to your audience.
After the journey, SatoriCamp pays you the agreed profit margin based on your preset markup.

SatoriCamp creates a custom, co-branded landing page with all journey details and signup flow.
You share this page through your existing communication channels.

Once 8 or more participants confirm, the journey is officially booked and executed. If the minimum is not reached, the journey does not proceed.
SatoriCamp, together with our trusted local partners, takes care of payments, logistics, and on-the-ground operations, so you can focus on what matters most – leading your community.
